In the mid 1980's the famous Brazilian toy manufacturer Estrela started its dissemination saga when it launched the HE-MAN Collection under license from Mattel in 1986. It was a resounding success in Brazil, as there was also the cartoon Masters of the Universe that was shown on Brazilian TV. Besides the figures, vehicles and the castle were also manufactured by Estrela
