Adjustable Mexican ratchet suspension for Bus Kombi

COMPOSITION:

12 sleeves for attaching to the suspension frame;

2 horizontal connecting rods

2 lateral connecting rods

1 system with trapezoidal internal thread;

2 positioning extenders;

1 height adjustment nut;

2 MB14 screws with tips

2 MB14 nuts;

4 MA12 screws;

 4 MA12 nuts without lock;

1 central spindle position containment system with bearing.

 1 adjustment screw with 6mm TRAPEZOIDAL thread, which allows adjustment with half the spindle turns found on traditional models;

Partially threaded through bolts and nuts to rotate the ratchet on smooth diameters and not on threaded fillets, in order to prevent relative backlash between the moving parts of the mechanism and the fasteners;

Requires adapting the steering damper and reducing the width of the center pin housing, if it is the original housing. No need to change the gear rod.
